A new, unknown construction company won the bid to take down this old hospital that was converted into a mansion and abandoned years ago. The two big, competing construction companies are furious that the out-of-town kid with a business loan got the job, and they find it hard to believe he actually won the bidding war. When he goes missing 2 days after work begins and tools and equipment start getting vandalized, the competitors decide to band together to get to the bottom of the mystery.
What an intriguing premise! It hold a lot of potential for creating a wide variety of characters.
